Contact messages

The contact form sends your name, email, optional phone, topic and message to the administration by email at contact@spartdental.com and to its Telegram chat. The email is sent through the hosting provider’s SMTP service. This form does not use FormSubmit.

A private server queue retains the message until both delivery services accept it. Its contents are then removed from that queue. Messages remain in the clinic’s mailbox and Telegram chat under those services’ terms and the clinic’s retention practices. Technical delivery references and hashed rate-limit data may remain temporarily on the server. No form fields are saved in browser storage.

Appointment requests

Information entered in the appointment form is held in the current page while you prepare your request. It is not submitted to a clinic database, and this website does not store it in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page may clear it.

Sending your enquiry

“Open email draft” passes the request to your chosen email application, addressed to contact@spartdental.com. You decide whether to send it there. Your email provider’s terms apply. “Copy request” copies the prepared text to your clipboard when supported.

Medical and personal details

Use the form only for basic contact and appointment preferences. Do not include medical records, identification documents, payment card details, or sensitive health information. Ask the clinic how to share anything needed for your care.

Links and website hosting

This website embeds a Google Map and links to Instagram, Facebook, and source publications. The map loads content directly from Google; these services have their own privacy practices. The hosting service may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website.
